NO FEE OR PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER.
Falpals’ Choice is the sole sponsor of the Promotion. NBCUniversal Media, LLC is not a sponsor of the Promotion and is not associated with the administration of the Promotion in any way. By participating in the Contest, each Entrant unconditionally accepts and agrees to comply with and abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which shall be final and binding in all respects. Sponsor is responsible for the collection, submission or processing of Entries and the overall administration of the Contest. Entrants should look solely to Sponsor with any questions, comments or problems related to the Contest. Sponsor may be reached by email at falpalproject@outlook.com during the Promotion Period.
1. The Thank You Notes 2019 Contest (the “contest”) begins on Twitter at 10am Eastern Daylight Time (“EDT”) on Wednesday 3rd April 2019 and will close at 11:59pm EDT on Wednesday 24th April 2019. ( “contest Period” ) Entries received after this date will be invalid. The Contest will consist of two possible winners, judged and determined by the sponsor to award two prizes.
2. ELIGIBILITY: This Contest is open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are eighteen (18) years of age or older (anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian’s permission to enter), at the time of entry (the “Entrant“). Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to win a prize: (a) employees or agents of Sponsor/Administrator (Falpals’ Choice), Prize Suppliers (NBCUniversal Media, LLC), (b) persons who are in the immediate family of any person in any of the preceding categories (including mother, father, sister, brother, daughter, son, spouse, grandmother, grandfather, children or grandchildren), regardless of where they live; or persons who reside in the same household. All eligibility is subject to all federal, state and local laws and regulations. All entries submitted are the property of the Sponsor.
3. PRIZES:
2x winners will receive 1x ‘Lucky Shirt’ T-Shirt from The Shop at NBC. ($34.USD RRP.)

Only one prize per person and per household will be awarded. Prizes cannot be transferred, redeemed for cash or substituted by winner. Sponsor reserves the right in its sole and absolute discretion to award a substitute prize of equal or greater value if a prize described in these Official Rules is unavailable or cannot be awarded, in whole or in part, for any reason. The ARV of the prize represents Sponsor’s good faith determination. That determination is final and binding and cannot be appealed. The Sponsor makes no representation or warranty concerning the appearance, safety or performance of any prize awarded. Restrictions, conditions, and limitations may apply. The Sponsor will not replace any lost or stolen prize items.
All federal, state and/or local taxes, fees, and surcharges are the sole responsibility of the prize winner. Failure to comply with the Official Rules will result in forfeiture of the prize.
4. HOW TO ENTER: Enter the Contest during the “Contest Period” via Twitter by tweeting your original, best/funniest and creative Thank You Note, entries must include the hashtag #FalpalsChoiceTYN
Multiple entries are permitted (Max 5 per entrant), provided that each entry is submitted separately and in accordance with the entry requirements, they must be unique (not duplicates) and be submitted by only one Twitter account.
Entries must be made by the Entrant. Any attempt by Entrant to obtain more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email addresses, identities, accounts, logins or any other methods, including, but not limited to, commercial contest/contest subscription notification, will void Entrant’s Entries and that Entrant may be disqualified. All Entries must be posted by the end of the Contest Period in order to participate. Sponsor’s database clock will be the official timekeeper for this Contest.
5. WINNER SELECTION: The Winners of the Contest will be judged by the Sponsors from all eligible Entries received throughout the Contest Period. This Contest is a “Game of skill” entries will be judged on merit and legibility. The judging will take place privately via online correspondence between the Sponsor’s administrators (Sharon Zurcher & Evelyn Robinson) on April 26th 2019. Sponsor decisions are final.
The Sponsor may select additional reserve entries, also judged on merit and legibility and record them in case an invalid entry or ineligible entrant or if the winner is not available to accept their prize.
6. WINNER NOTIFICATION: The winners will be notified via Twitter Direct Messaging (“DM”), if the Sponsor is not able to reach the winners via DM, the prize(s) will go to the next entry that we have deemed worthy of the prize within two (2) business days of the draw. Winners will need to provide their full name and postal address either via DM or to the Sponsor’s email address falpalproject@outlook.com The names of the winners (First name and Initial of their Surname) will also be published here: https://falpalschoice.home.blog under the winners tab
Sponsor is not responsible for any delay or failure to receive notification for any reason, including inactive Twitter account, technical difficulties associated therewith, or Winner’s failure to adequately monitor any Twitter account.
If any of the prizes are not claimed by 5:00pm EDT on Friday 3rd May 2019, the winner’s entry will be deemed invalid and the Sponsor reserves the right to award the prize(s) to a next reserve, eligible entry.
7. PRIVACY: The Sponsor does not require entrants to supply any personal information upon entering the contest, however any personal information supplied by the winners will be private and confidential and will only be used to distribute their prize. No personal details will be passed on to third parties.
8. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: Sponsor assumes no responsibility or liability for (a) any incorrect or inaccurate entry information, or for any faulty or failed electronic data transmissions; (b) any unauthorized access to, or theft, destruction or alteration of entries at any point in the operation of this Contest; (c) any technical malfunction, failure, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or communications line failure, regardless of cause, with regard to any equipment, systems, networks, lines, satellites, servers, camera, computers or providers utilized in any aspect of the operation of the Contest; (d) inaccessibility or unavailability of any network or wireless service, the Internet or website or any combination thereof; (e) suspended or discontinued Internet, wireless or landline phone service; or (f) any injury or damage to participant’s or to any other person’s computer or mobile device which may be related to or resulting from any attempt to participate in the Contest or download of any materials in the Contest.
If, for any reason, the Contest is not capable of running as planned for reasons which may include without limitation, infection by computer virus, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest in whole or in part. In such event, Sponsor shall immediately suspend all judging and prize awards, and Sponsor reserves the right to award any remaining prizes (up to the total ARV as set forth in these Official Rules) in a manner deemed fair and equitable by Sponsor. Sponsor and Released Parties shall not have any further liability to any participant in connection with the Contest.
